Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Customers must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving their order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals

For safety and quality reasons, lighting products that have been installed, wired, modified, or used are not eligible for return.

Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue before a return can be approved.

Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind requests once an order has been shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or power surges
  • Items that have been used, altered, or installed
  • Requests submitted outside the 14-day return window

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued, and you may place a new order separately.

Return Method and Shipping

All approved returns must be sent by mail.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

Return shipping is free, and no restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the return is approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

All refunds are issued in United States Dollars (USD), which is the original transaction currency.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
