Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

We provide free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement and no additional shipping fees.

Order Cut-Off Time and Processing

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT-7) on a business day will be processed according to our standard handling timeline.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT-7), on weekends, or on United States public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All order processing and fulfillment activities take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Handling Time

Orders require a handling time of 1 to 3 business days before shipment.

This includes order verification, quality inspection, and dispatch preparation.

Delivery Time and Transit Duration

After processing, orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination within the United States.

Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Tracking updates may take 1 to 3 business days to appear, depending on the courier system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Vyssaria is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Courier handling issues

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

  • If confirmed lost, we will offer a free replacement or full refund
  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence

A replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.
